Mit den Zebra OEM-Druckmodulen der ZE500-Serie drucken Sie Etiketten in der Produktionsstraße direkt auf Verpackungen, Kartons und Paletten – von der Lebensmittel- bis zur Pharmabranche. Sie sind ausgelegt für konsequenten Dauerbetrieb bei ablaufkritischen Druck- und Applikationsanwendungen.

Die Druckmodule wurden auf der Grundlage von zahlreichem Kundenfeedback entwickelt und produziert. Sie sind deshalb äußerst benutzerfreundlich, einfach zu bedienen, zu warten und zu pflegen: Alle drei Walzen wechseln Sie innerhalb kurzer Zeit aus – ohne dabei auf die Elektronik zugreifen zu müssen. Auch auf den Druckkopf greifen Sie dank der großen Öffnung leicht zu; reinigen und wechseln des Druckkopfes sind so schnell erledigt. Schnellere Reparatur und geringe Downtime gewährleistet das modulare Schnellwechsel-Antriebssystem. Standardmäßig 16 MB SDRAM und 64 MB Flash-Speicher sichern Ihnen schnelle Verarbeitung und enorm hohe Druckgeschwindigkeiten von bis zu 305 mm/Sek. bei einer Auflösung von 203 oder 300 dpi (8 bzw. 12 Punkte/mm). Für bequemere Integration in bestehende Umgebungen lässt sich das grafische Anzeigedisplay drehen und sogar ganz entfernen.
